Every Monday at 09:00 UTC, Surface emails a PDF to all Owners and Admins. It covers the previous 7 days:

- **Shadow AI %**: the share of tools that are still Ungoverned
- **Governed %**: the share with a decision
- A breakdown of tools by type

Each tool counts once, however many laptops have it. Organizations with no scan activity that week do not receive a report.

## Recipients

The report goes to everyone with the Owner or Admin role. To add someone, give them the Admin role. There is no separate mailing list.
