Cloud sync is a [cloud extension](/surface/extensions/cloud/overview): it runs in SuperAlign's backend, not on a laptop.

[Prompt collectors](/surface/extensions/endpoint/prompt-collectors/overview) record what happens on laptops. Some AI products run entirely in the cloud, so there is nothing on a laptop to record. **Cloud sync** connects to those products directly and pulls their agents, sessions, and transcripts into Surface on a schedule.

| Connector | What it syncs |
| --- | --- |
| **Microsoft Copilot Studio** | Environments, the agents built in each, and their conversations. Connects with a tenant ID, client ID, and client secret |
| **Cursor Cloud Agents** | The agents a team or user runs in Cursor's cloud, their conversations, and the cost Cursor charged. Connects with a Cursor API key |

Synced agents appear in [Inventory](/surface/console/inventory) alongside tools found on laptops. Synced conversations appear on the [Sessions](/surface/sessions/review) page with the product as the source.
