AI Assets is a comprehensive, searchable inventory of all AI tools detected in your organization—both approved and unapproved (shadow AI).

Asset Inventory
The main table includes all detected tools with columns:
- Name: AI tool name (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot)
- Users: Number of unique users accessing this tool
- Conversations: Total transactions to this tool
- Risk Level: Color-coded severity (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
- Usage Ratio: Percentage of total organizational AI transactions
- Category: Functional classification (Finance, Developer Tools, Content Creation, etc.)
Sanctioned vs. Unsanctioned
Toggle between two views:
Sanctioned AI Tools
Pre-approved by your security/governance team, meet organizational standards, and expected to be in use.
Unsanctioned AI Tools
Detected but not on your approved list, representing shadow AI usage that may require governance action.
Filtering & Search
Use filters to narrow down by:
- Risk Level: Show only High/Critical tools
- Category: Focus on specific departments (Finance, Engineering, HR, etc.)
- User Count: Find tools used by few vs. many employees
- Usage Ratio: Identify high-impact tools

Risk Grade Breakdown
The tool's overall risk grade is based on assessment across multiple dimensions:

- Regulatory Compliance: Alignment with frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and SOX
Grade Scale:
- A: Excellent risk posture
- B: Good risk posture
- C: Fair risk posture
- D: Poor risk posture
- E-F: Critical risk posture
