Key Metrics
Enterprise Risk Score (0-100)
The Enterprise Risk Score is a single, consolidated metric that measures your organization's overall AI risk exposure.
Risk Levels
- 0-30: Low risk
- 31-50: Moderate risk
- 51-70: High risk
- 71-85: Critical risk
- 86-100: Severe risk
What it measures:
- Combines the inherent risk of AI tools your organization uses with how widely those tools are adopted
- Reflects both the riskiness of your tool portfolio and the scale of adoption across your workforce
Key insight: This score helps leadership understand AI risk at a glance. Two organizations using the same tools might have different scores based on how many employees access them.
AI Adoption Score (0-100)
The AI Adoption Score measures how deeply AI tools are integrated into your organization's daily operations.
Adoption Levels
- 0-20: Minimal adoption
- 21-40: Low adoption
- 41-60: Moderate adoption
- 61-80: High adoption
- 81-100: Very high adoption
What it measures:
- The percentage of your workforce actively using AI tools
- The proportion of your organization's total business transactions involving AI
- The breadth and velocity of AI tool adoption across departments
Key insight: A high adoption score indicates AI is becoming central to your operations. Combined with the Enterprise Risk Score, it shows whether this adoption is concentrated in safe tools or risky ones.
Total Users & Total Conversations
Total Users: Count of unique employees who accessed at least one AI tool in the selected time window.
Total Conversations: Count of all AI-related transactions detected in your network logs. This includes:
- Prompts submitted to web-based AI tools
- API calls to AI services
- Interactions with AI-powered SaaS applications
Use these metrics to track growth trends and identify how rapidly AI usage is spreading through your organization.

Risk Score Trend

What to Look For
- Rising trend: Indicates new high-risk tool adoption or increased usage of risky tools
- Falling trend: Indicates successful tool replacements or changing usage patterns
- Spikes: Sudden jumps may indicate new tool adoption or team experimentation
High Risk Users
List showing your top 5 users with the highest individual risk scores. Each user's risk score reflects their specific mix of AI tools used and usage intensity.
What this shows:
- Users whose AI tool portfolio includes higher-risk tools
- Users with significant engagement (conversations) with those tools
- Users whose activity pattern warrants attention from a governance perspective
App Usage
Table showing all detected AI tools ranked by:
- Users: Number of unique employees using the tool
- Conversations: Total transactions to the tool
- Risk Level: The tool's assigned risk grade
- Usage Ratio: Percentage of total organizational AI transactions
Key Insight
This shows which tools are dominating your AI consumption and helps you prioritize governance efforts.
User Activity Tab
Switch to the "User Activity" tab for a table view of:
- User Name: Employee name
- Tools Used: Count of distinct AI tools accessed
- Risk Score: Individual user risk metric
- Conversations: This user's total AI transactions
- Risk Events: Count of flagged incidents or policy violations
- Department: Organizational unit
Use this to:
- Monitor which users are accessing which tools
- Understand patterns by department or team
- Track changes in user behavior over time
Time Windows
All dashboard metrics support configurable time windows:
- 24 Hours: Real-time status
- 7 Days: Weekly trends
- 30 Days: Monthly governance reporting
