Browser extension
Force-install the Surface Chrome extension so sessions from AI websites are recorded.
The Surface browser extension records conversations with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity in the browser. It only talks to the scanner on the same laptop. Force-install it through your MDM so users cannot remove it.
Before you begin
- The scanner deployed to the same laptops.
- The Chrome browser prompt collector switched on in the console. See Chrome browser.
