An endpoint extension runs on the laptop. You switch it on once in the console and every scanner in your organization picks it up within 15 minutes. Nothing is installed by hand.
This is the other half of the pair. Cloud extensions run in SuperAlign’s backend and decide where session data is kept; endpoint extensions run on laptops and decide what is collected in the first place.
What is available today
Every endpoint extension in the catalog is a prompt collector: it records sessions from one AI tool. There are three, one each for Claude Code, Codex, and Chrome.
The console also shows a Discovery group in this section. It is empty today, and you can ignore it. It is reserved for a future extension that finds a tool on a laptop without recording anything it is used for.
Who can change them
Owners and Admins. Everyone else sees the switches read-only, and every change is written to the audit log.
