A prompt collector runs on every laptop and records sessions from one AI tool. Turn one on in the console and every scanner in your organization activates it within 15 minutes.

Before you begin
- You have the Owner or Admin role. Other roles see the switches but cannot flip them.
How to turn one on
Open Extensions
Click Extensions at the bottom of the left menu and scroll to Endpoint Extensions.
Flip the switch
Find the collector and click its switch. You see a message such as “Claude Code discovery enabled”.
Wait one scan
Every laptop picks up the change within 15 minutes. New sessions appear on the Sessions page.
To stop, click the switch again. Sessions already recorded stay until they expire.
What a collector does on the laptop
It hooks into the tool’s own session files or events, reads each new turn of the conversation, and hands it to the scanner. The scanner adds the person and laptop and sends it to the console. Nothing is sent to anyone else.
